EXCELR8 CONFIRMS EXPANDED CSG PARTNERSHIP FOR 2025
EXCELR8 can today confirm an expansion of its successful partnership with purpose-driven, high-growth Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform company CSG ahead of the 2025 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship season, which kicks off at Donington Park later this month.
The team, which will run four cars this season under the Team VERTU banner, joined forces with CSG for the second half of the 2023 season before extending its relationship with the NASDAQ-listed company to cover the entire 2024 campaign.
CSG works with some of the world’s most recognisable brands across the telecommunications, financial services, retail and healthcare industries, to build effortless experiences that makes it easier for people and businesses to connect with, use and pay for the services they value most.
Over the 18 months that the partnership has been in place, EXCELR8 and CSG have looked at ways to enhance the trackside experience, which has led to the introduction of the new CSG Data Centre for 2025.
The CSG Data Centre will play a key role in Team VERTU’s quest to reclaim the championship title this season and will be used by the team as it seeks to maximise performance in a series where tenths of a second can play a huge difference.
Within the CSG Data Centre, EXCELR8’s expert team of engineers will be able to analyse information collected from the four race cars to determine where the smallest of changes can be made, and how those changes will then translate into on-track performance.
In a fresh move for the new season, special team guests will be able to visit the CSG Data Centre and meet the Team VERTU drivers and the engineering team – providing never-seen-before levels of access and a unique experience within the BTCC paddock.
Justina Williams, EXCELR8 Team Owner, said:
“We are pleased to have extended our relationship with CSG into a second full season, particularly with the introduction of the new CSG Data Centre for the 2025 campaign.
“The all-action racing in the BTCC may be the big attraction for fans, but the engineering that goes into running a car at the front of the championship is just as important and plays a pivotal role in the results we achieve.
“We’re looking forward to welcoming guests to the CSG Data Centre throughout the year to give them a unique insight into the series as we look to challenge for the championship title on track.”
Simon Gleave, Head of UK & Ireland, CSG, said:
“It’s an honour to continue our journey with Team VERTU and the EXCELR8 team for a second full season as we embark on the 2025 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship.
“CSG is committed to driving innovation that enhances the customer experience in everything we do, and this partnership provides an exciting opportunity to do precisely that. With Team VERTU and the EXCELR8 team, we look forward to creating unforgettable moments on and off the track.”
